Community service has been part of the Next Level Soccer Academy's mission since our leadership first formalized the club’s philosophy. As written into our statement of purpose, NLSA is “unique in that it stresses community service and outreach as an integral part of the players’ development as responsible members of the local community and beyond.” We understand that the ability to play and train at the club level in terms of resources, time, energy, and cost is a gift that our players are fortunate to be able to experience. As a program, it is important that our players recognize this privilege and respond by giving back to their communities through as many avenues as possible.
This part of our mission has been embraced by the families of our players, allowing our Community Service initiatives to multiply with each passing year. To maximize these opportunities, NLSA created a Community Service committee comprised of team representatives, parents of alumni, and our soccer players. This group works with the boys, girls, women, and men of our NLSA Family to organize and support our various community service initiatives, locally and internationally. Each team within the Club has at least one representative on the Committee, which meets several times throughout the year.
